Operation Method of Automatic Liquid Refilling Device
Working Principle
The automatic liquid refilling function is driven by the PLC system through panel operation.
Application Scenarios
Automatic acid refilling and automatic phosphating solution refilling.
I. Preparation for Operation
- The whole set of the device is an integrated one, with all components integrated in a single frame. Just place the device beside the tank.
- Import the medium into two 200-liter PP barrels.
- Install the traveling crane position induction sensor at a suitable position beside the tank to ensure that when the traveling crane reaches the tank, the induction switch can accurately send out a signal. Connect the induction switch to the terminal of the electric control box.
- Connect the liquid outlet hose to the liquid outlet end of the device and fasten it. Put the other end of the liquid outlet pipe into the tank.
- Turn on the power supply.
II. Parameter Setting
- Set the automatic liquid-replenishing working time for two types of media on the touch screen according to the user's production volume.
- Set the working flow rates of two metering pumps on the touch screen as required.
- Set the arrival times of the overhead traveling crane on the touch screen according to the current situation of the user's equipment. That is, every time the overhead traveling crane arrives at the tank for the set number of times, the liquid-replenishing operation will be carried out once according to the set working time.
- Set the low-level alarm reminder values for two liquid-replenishing barrels.
- Select the control mode as automatic operation.
III. Operation
- Press the start button, and the automatic liquid-replenishing device will start working automatically.
- When the overhead traveling crane arrives at the soaking tank, the system will automatically record one arrival.
- When the number of times the traveling vehicle arrives reaches the set value, the two metering pumps will start working according to the set time, and at the same time, the number of times the traveling vehicle arrives will be reset.
- When the liquid in the medium tank reaches the lower limit, the audible and visual alarm will emit audible and visual alarm signals; the liquid replenishment will stop automatically. The operator needs to add the medium. According to the prompts on the screen, add the corresponding medium to the corresponding tank. After the addition is completed, the operator presses the liquid level reset button, and the liquid replenishment device will resume automatic operation.
- The HMI screen displays all the operating states, data, and alarms of the device.
- When the control mode is selected as manual operation, the manual liquid replenishment time for the two kinds of media can be set, and then just press the corresponding start button.
